She has worked with IELTS for 9 years, and prior to this position, Donna worked in Admissions as a Director of Admissions Operations and DSO. She worked with International applicants, at the graduate and undergraduate levels.	Brian Smith is Stakeholder Engagement Manager at IDP Education based in Melbourne Australia. Brian's work focuses on key stakeholders such as Government policymakers, national and international peak bodies, and education providers worldwide who use the test for admissions purposes.
