Entrants to prize drawing agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
The prize drawing is open to residents of the United States aged 18 years or over with a United States mailing address, with the exception of IELTS employees, partners, close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or picking winners, all of whom are ineligible. There is no entry fee, no requirement and no purchase necessary to enter this drawing. By entering this drawing, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The rules of the prize drawing and how to enter are as follows: Follow the IELTS USA Test Taker & Alumni LinkedIn page and submit the location of a currently operating IELTS Authorized Independent Test Center in the USA on the specified LinkedIn post. Contest entries may be submitted until 11:59 PM PST on October 31, 2025. Winning entries will be chosen at random on or about November 7, 2025.
IELTS USA reserves the right to cancel or amend the drawing and these terms and conditions without notice. IELTS USA also reserves the right to cancel the drawing if circumstances arise outside of its control. IELTS USA is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party. The prizes are as follows: One (1) 25$ Amazon gift card awarded to one (1) recipient at each of the twenty (20) currently operating IELTS Authorized Independent Test Centers in the USA. Total number of prizes is twenty (20). Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and IELTS USA reserves the right to substitute any prize without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen from all entries received and verified by IELTS USA and or its agents. The winner will be notified via the LinkedIn platform. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. IELTS USA’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the drawing will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering this drawing, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The drawing and these terms and conditions will be governed by US law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the USA.
By entering the prize drawing the winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry, without any compensation. Any additional personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US law and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
PRIVACY AND ADDITIONAL TERMS: Information collected from participants in connection with the Promotion is subject to IELTS privacy policy, which may be found at www.ielts.org.
Entry into the drawing will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
OTHER RULES: This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited. Prize recipients (each a "Recipient") assume all liability for any injuries or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Promotion or by the use or misuse of the prize.
If, in IELTS USA's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of fraud, electronic or non-electronic tampering or unauthorized intervention with any portion of this Promotion, or if fraud or technical difficulties of any sort (e.g., computer viruses, bugs) compromise the integrity of the Promotion, IELTS USA reserves the right to terminate the Promotion and distribute the Prizes in its sole discretion. Any attempt to deliberately damage the IELTS website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be in violation of U.S. criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification from the Promotion. Should such an attempt be made, IELTS USA reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney's fees) to the fullest extent of the law, including pursuing criminal prosecution.
