Marianne works with all graduate programs at US institutions to ensure they understand the IELTS test. Additionally, she works with the IELTS partners on the Joint Research Committee to support researchers based in the US. Prior to working at IELTS, Marianne worked in international admissions for institutions in NC and DC.   Michelle is the Director of Admissions and oversees all admissions-related operations for the Columbia University School of Professional Studies. She has worked in higher education throughout her career, serving in different roles from DSO to recruiter. She prides herself on reading industry trends and finding innovative ways to meet the needs of students. Greg Mott is Director of the Intensive English Language Program (IELP) at the University of Findlay, Ohio. In addition to his 20 years of providing ESL instruction, Greg has also taught High School Spanish and worked in Residence Life as a university housing coordinator. Alison is the Associate Director for the IEP program at Savannah College of Art and Design – Atlanta. She has worked in international education for 23 years as a teacher, supervisor, project coordinator, curriculum developer, and teacher educator. Her pedagogical interests include materials development and design and interactive teaching.
