Participants to the Newark Book with Purchase promotion agree to be bound by the following conditions:
ELIGIBILITY: This Free Gift with Purchase Promotion ("Promotion") is open only to those who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of purchase. By participating in the Promotion as described in these terms and conditions (the "Promotion Terms"), each participant represents and warrants that he or she is eighteen years of age at the time of purchase and otherwise fully agree and comply with these Promotion Terms.
To claim a free gift (each, a "Gift"), you must be one of the first nine (9) people to register for and purchase an IELTS General Training Test at IELTS USA Newark, NJ Test Center. In order to be eligible, you must be a resident of the United States of America (50 states and District of Columbia).
Your free gift will be shipped to the address provided in connection with your registration for IELTS General Training test or at the at IELTS USA Newark, NJ Test Center. The Promotion period will begin on July 1, 2022 at 8:00 AM EST and continue until July 31, 2022 at 5:00 PM EST ("Promotion Period").
IELTS USA is not responsible for any inability to access the Promotion or claim a Gift due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties and other technological problems.
IELTS USA makes no claim or guarantee that the use of the Top Tips for IELTS General Training book or included content correlates with the score you will receive on your IELTS test. Use and result of use of the Top Tips for IELTS General Training book is at the sole discretion of the promotion participant.

RESTRICTIONS AND AVAILABILITY: Gifts are provided on a first come, first served basis to the first eight (8) registrants who complete the purchase of a test or while supplies last, whichever comes first. The Gift is not for resale and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. The Gift is limited to one (1) Gift per registered participant while supplies last.
OTHER RULES: This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited. Gift recipients (each a "Recipient") assume all liability for any injuries or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Promotion or by the use or misuse of the Gift.
If, in IELTS USA's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of fraud, electronic or non-electronic tampering or unauthorized intervention with any portion of this Promotion, or if fraud or technical difficulties of any sort (e.g., computer viruses, bugs) compromise the integrity of the Promotion, IELTS USA reserves the right to terminate the Promotion and distribute the Gifts in its sole discretion. Any attempt to deliberately damage the IELTS website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be in violation of U.S. criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification from the Promotion. Should such an attempt be made, IELTS USA reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney's fees) to the fullest extent of the law, including pursuing criminal prosecution.
